BranchIt's anonymous search engine enables an employee to search for colleagues who hold relationships with a desired target individual outside the company. After one or more links to the target individual have been identified, the requester may utilize our proprietary double-blind messaging system to initiate and carry on a discussion with a relationship-holder while both employees remain in hidden-identity mode. Once a comfort level has been reached, either or both employees may reveal their identities to one another. At any point, the relationship-holder may decide whether to introduce the requester to the target individual.
